We usually ship by UPS ground unless otherwise specified according to product weight. Usually products arrives within 2-4 weeks of order confirmation. All products come properly packed with foam, paper and padding to ensure your merchandise arrives in pristine condition.

Return Policy

Return Policy. We strive hard to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.  If you are not satisfied with your product in any way, we will do our best to ensure that we rectify the problem. If we are unable to come to a resolution, you may return the product for a refund minus 15% restocking fee. All returns must be reported within 30 days of purchase date. You must call us at 617-879-3184 or e-mail us at info@allauthenticautographs.com for  return authorization. All items returned must be in original packaging with all contents including certificate of authenticity.

Items on the website are constantly changing due to the nature of the business. We make every effort to get the sold item back in stock as soon as possible. Buyers requesting sold out items are placed on ”first come first served” basis and will be contacted as soon as the product is made available.

Any merchandise damaged during shipping needs to reported immediately to All Authentic Autographs and upon receiving an Return Authorization number a store credit will be issued for the full purchase price.
